Follow the instructions on the Public Health Flowchart for COVID-19 and Respiratory Virus Symptoms if you feel sick, test positive, or are exposed, and know when to report illness.
University personnel can access Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) training records using the Safety Training Report tool. A valid UW NetID is required to access the reports.
Please allow one to two business days for your course completion to appear on your training record.
Note that EH&S training reports will show only courses provided by EH&S.

Shops at the University of Washington are required to have a Shop Safety Inspection once every two years. The EH&S Shop Safety Team will be responsible for sending out scheduling requests and arranging for an inspection.
