The Employee Health Center is located in Suite 602.
The lobby is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cardkey access is required to reach the sixth floor.

- If arriving via the UW Health Sciences Express Shuttle: Exit the shuttle at the UW Tower stop and walk one block east to Brooklyn Avenue NE. The building entrance is between 43rd and 45th Streets.
- If arriving via the UW/Fred Hutch South Lake Union Shuttle: Exit the shuttle at the Roosevelt stop and walk three blocks east to Brooklyn Avenue NE. The building entrance is between 43rd and 45th Streets.
- Self-serve parking is available in the UW Tower parking garage (lots W45 and W46) Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. – 9 p.m. for visitors, including disability stalls, motorcycle stalls, load/unload stalls, and UCAR vehicles. (There is no parking in the Gateway building.)
The Environmental Safety Office Building is located at 4109 Franklin Place NE, Seattle, WA 98105.
The building is on the lower, eastern edge of the Seattle campus near the Center for Urban Horticulture and the UW Golf Driving Range.
- From Interstate 5, take the NE 45th Street exit and proceed 1.25 miles east on 45th past 20th Avenue NE and down the viaduct.
- At the foot of the viaduct, turn left, continuing on NE 45th Street past the golf driving range and playing fields on your right.
- At the five-way intersection, turn right onto Mary Gates Memorial Drive.
- After one long block, turn right onto Clark Road.
- Turn left onto Franklin Place NE.
- Turn right into the parking lot labeled E29.
- Environmental Safety Office Building is the portable building next to E29.
*Note that the nearby building labeled Environmental Safety Storage Building on the campus map is a locked facility. For access, you must first go to the Environmental Safety Office Building.
Our Radiation Safety office is located in the T-Wing of the Magnuson Health Sciences Complex at 1705 NE Pacific Street, Seattle, WA 98195.
- From Interstate 5, take the NE 45 Street exit and proceed about half a mile east, to 15th Avenue NE.
- Turn right onto 15th NE and proceed about half a mile south, turning left onto campus just past NE Campus Parkway.
- Stop at the gatehouse for a parking permit, campus map, and further directions to T-Wing of the Magnuson Health Sciences Center.
- Cross the foot bridge to T-Wing from parking lot C10. You are now on the 4th floor of T-Wing.
- Proceed straight through the entrance area and turn right when forced to make a choice.
- Take the elevator or stairs down to the second floor.
- Out of the stairs, turn right once into the hallway.
- Turn left into Room T-274.
