The purpose of the Post-Earthquake Checklist (Word) has instructions that provide clarity on when to use the checklist (after an earthquake at or above magnitude 3.0), and how to identify and report safety issues.
The items on the checklist are designed to help the evacuation director, building coordinator, or responsible person determine whether a building must be evacuated or is safe to remain occupied.
