Log of most recent changes to the UW Laboratory Safety Manual

Individuals with disabilities are invited to complete an Evacuation Plan (Word) and provide it to the University building evacuation director or building coordinator.

Complete the Capital Safety Project Request Form (Word) to request assistance with implementing a project to improve safety-related building elements and safety systems in a University-owned building or property.
