Intended audience

This course is required for University personnel who ship dry ice packed with non-dangerous goods and/or Exempt Patient Specimens. Retraining is required every two (2) years.

Description

This course meets the training requirements for shipping dry ice packed with non-dangerous goods and/or Exempt Patient Specimens under Department of Transportation (DOT) and International Air Transportation Association (IATA) regulations. This includes instructions for packaging, labeling, and preparing shipping papers.
