Intended audience
This course is recommended for University personnel who lift twenty pounds or more, lift objects of any weight higher than three feet, regularly push or pull objects, or perform other repetitive motions that may lead to back injury.
Description
This course teaches principles of back safety, including how to properly care for your back and perform work tasks safely.
