EHSA Access

The principal investigator (PI) and designated permit contact for each Radiation Use Authorization (RUA) and Biological Use Authorization (BUA) should have access to log on to EHSA using their UW NetID credentials.

If you’re having trouble logging in or need access, please email either Radiation Safety radsaf@uw.edu or Biological Safety ehsbio@uw.edu as relevant to your needs, and specify the PI for the lab that you work in.

Radiation and Biosafety Lab Inspection Summaries
