The University’s 2022 OSHA 300A summaries are posted on the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) website. OSHA 300A summaries show the number and type of work-related recordable injuries and illnesses.

University units are required to post the summary for their location from February 1 - April 30, 2023 in a location where employees can easily access it.

The UW incidence rates of recordable injuries over time can be viewed on the Accident and Injury Reporting webpage. The overall incidence rate for all UW increased last year driven by reported COVID-19 illnesses. OSHA recordable injuries and illnesses are defined as those that result in days away from work, restricted work or transfer to another job, medical treatment beyond first aid, loss of consciousness, a significant injury or illness diagnosed by a licensed health care professional, or death.
