Asbestos <1% and Lead Work Practices Refresher

Asbestos <1% and Lead Work Practices Initial. Respirator approval: Medical clearance, respirator training, respirator fit test.

This course refreshes learners’ knowledge of procedures to reduce exposure to wallboard systems containing <1% asbestos and/or lead-containing materials during disturbance or cleanup. It covers types of regulated materials, health impacts, work practices, personal protective equipment, and waste disposal. This course addresses PCB regulations but not removal. Abatement or cleanup of other asbestos-containing materials is not included.
