Wildfire Smoke Response Plan Template

The purpose of the Wildfire Smoke Response Plan (Word) is to help prevent smoke-related illnesses and injuries. University units and departments with personnel who work outdoors are required to complete this template to create a customized plan that serves as a component of their Supplemental Accident Prevention Plan.
